Hi Norrie
Merry Christmas. I wish you a great 2012.
Norrie, do you provide one on one personal advice. I want to run a sub 5hr 2 Oceans in 2012. I need to discuss with you if I can jump into your sub 5 hr training program on the Old Mutual website. I ran 5h30 Two Oceans in April this year and then stopped training. I started training again only 3 weeks ago. Please can you send me your contact details to bradford@iafrica.com.
Thanks Norrie
Brad Lubbe
